No one likes the pushy salesman that is obviously in it for his benefit. Unfortunately, that is the picture displayed from most businesses. Customer service is ALWAYS a focus on the front end of the sale to gently lead a contact through the process to become a customer.. but what about after the conversion?

We specialise in a vast number of CRM Autoresponders however we do favour working specifically with 3 in particular.

All 3 have ‘similar’ functions but to varying degrees of service. First, it’s essential to understand the two most specific aspects of the CRM Autoresponders.

1. Customer Data Base Management

It’s a great idea to make sure that you know who your leads are, who your customers are and most importantly, who your MVP’s are. This is the purpose of the Customer Data Base aspect to the CRM. Here you can type in a customers name, and it can give you all the information you require on what interactions they have had with your company.

2. Autoresponders

Keeping in constant contact with your customers is the best way to make them feel connected with you, and nurture that relationship with them. An autoresponder allows you to use specific tagging to trigger events, emails and other functions. In essence, after they sign up for your lead magnet, they will get a follow-up email on day 1, 3, 5 & 9… These are all sent via an Autoresponder.

There are an innumerable amount of CRMs and Autoresponders out there, and we have had experience with a lot of them. However, they all have their different selling points, and also similarities too.

WHAT’S THE BEST CRM TO USE?

We always will say the same thing! It depends on your situation…
Infusionsoft has its problems of being confusing at times, yes they all do. However, it has the most features and functions with integrations and powerful capabilities. (We wish they had a good affiliate program though.) Getresponse is becoming increasingly better over time, and it’s a GREAT solution cost wise compared to Infusionsoft. Also, while Zoho has terrific CRM functions that equal Infusionsoft, their autoresponse or ‘macros’ as they call them are almost worth laughing at.

So, what’s the best one? What is your primary purpose? I have some businesses running on Zoho, Some on Getresponse, Some on BOTH, and then Some on Infusionsoft. Horses for Courses as they say, and we will gladly discuss this with you to suggest the best option for your business.

IS THERE ANY CONTRACT ON THE SETUP AND MAINTENANCE?

No, we offer a monthly contract that can be cancelled, upgraded OR downgraded at any time you need. We can do the setup of the funnels and then leave you to do management and upkeep, OR we can do both, and then at any time you like, we can increase or decrease what you require. It’s always up to you.

WHAT IS POSSIBLE IN THE WAY OF INTEGRATIONS?

That depends in regards to what you need to integrate, and what you want it to do. We always say, ‘Where there is a will, there is a way’ and we have become masters at thinking outside the box to create solutions that even Infusionsoft said was not possible with their software, but we did it! 

Depending on what you require, and what it integrates with will determine whether it’s possible to be done using the system you already have, OR we may need to recommend you to use a different CRM or perhaps use a Zapier integration or something like that to achieve your goal.

WHO OWNS THE LIST AND THE LOGIN TO THE SOFTWARE?

You do! This is a service that we offer to build and maintain. We do NOT supply the service. However, we are happy to set it up for you. Standard process will be for you to sign up for the service that we recommend for your particular business and needs, then, we get you to share the login with us, OR in the event of some services, you can create a separate login for us that gives us support access, but you maintain the admin at all times. That way, if you only want to use us for a few months, or even just to build a particular funnel, the software stays in your name and remains yours.
